Does your sister have hydrocephalus or something? She's got a frightfully large head. Poor dear, I do hope she has managed an independent life. My dear Grandmama used to say "blessed are the morons"
'Tis not the head so much as the lack of a neck. Lil sis used to say to me, why bother turning the head when you can twist your entire upper torso and get the same efffect? Then she would waddle off and play with her afflicted companions. Seriously though, it's more the hood and collar of the coat, and the fact that she's probably not more than two years old here...
